What it is not
It is not a prediction that an employer will sponsor you, and not a ranking of how good they are to work for. Employers cannot influence or pay to change it. Does a sponsor licence mean they'll sponsor me?
No. Every employer listed here holds a Skilled Worker sponsor licence, which means the Home Office permits them to sponsor visas. It does not mean this vacancy is open to sponsorship, that they are sponsoring right now, or that they would sponsor you. Many licensed employers sponsor only a handful of people a year. Confirm with the employer before you build an application around a role.
What is the Hiring Likelihood Score?
A 0–100 indicator built only from public data: whether the licence is A-rated, how long the organisation has been on the register, recent Companies House filings, confirmation statement currency, active job listings, and newly appointed directors. It is a measure of how active and established an employer looks — not a prediction that they will sponsor you, and not something the employer can influence or pay to change.
How often are these listings updated?
Listings are refreshed daily and matched against our copy of the Home Office sponsor register. A listing only appears here once we have matched the advertising employer to a licensed organisation on that register.
Why can't I see a job I found elsewhere?
We only show listings where we could confidently match the employer to an organisation on the sponsor register. If the advertiser is a recruitment agency, trades under a different legal name, or is not licensed, the listing will not appear here even though the job is real.
What should I ask an employer before applying?
Ask directly whether the specific role is open to sponsorship and whether they can issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for it. A licence makes that possible; only the employer can tell you whether it applies to the vacancy you are looking at.
