How the Hiring Likelihood Score works
A 0–100 indicator on every employer, built only from public data. It measures how active and established a licensed sponsor looks — nothing more.
What goes into it
- Whether the sponsor licence is A-rated on the register
- How long the organisation has held its licence
- Recent Companies House filings and confirmation statement currency
- Volume of active job listings
- Newly appointed directors
What it is not
It is not a prediction that an employer will sponsor you, and not a ranking of how good they are to work for. Employers cannot influence or pay to change it. A high score means an organisation looks active and well established; the decision to sponsor any particular hire is still entirely theirs. Read the full methodology.
Where to look next

- Skilled Worker visa jobs and eligibility rules — which occupations qualify under the current thresholds.
- Check if a UK employer holds a sponsor licence — search any employer by name.
