How introductions will work
- An employer uses the tools on the employers hub and sends an enquiry about its organisation.
- The employer agrees, in versioned consent text, that SkilledJobs may share the enquiry with up to three SRA-regulated firms, and is told that SkilledJobs may receive a fee for an introduction.
- SkilledJobs passes on the enquiry only. We give no advice, make no assessment of the case and do not help with forms: the introduction is the whole service.
- An enquiry older than 30 days is re-confirmed with the employer before it is shared.
- Outbound contact, if any, goes only to incorporated companies matched to Companies House.
What a firm agrees to
- A written referral agreement and a data-sharing agreement, signed before any enquiry is shared.
- Telling each client about any fee paid to SkilledJobs, as the SRA Code of Conduct requires.
- Handling each enquiry independently: the firm alone advises the employer and sets its own terms.
- Fees agreed per introduction or monthly. Advisers regulated by the IAA rather than the SRA are offered flat advertising only.
Where things stand
Introductions have not started. The employers hub is live and enquiries are answered by SkilledJobs directly until the first firm has signed. Questions: support@skilledjobs.com. See the employers hub for what employers see.

We check every firm on the SRA register before replying.
