The figure shown is the minimum salary you usually need for that occupation under Skilled Worker rules. Your employer must pay at least this amount unless you qualify for a lower new entrant threshold.
You must be paid the higher of the occupation going rate (from the Home Office appendix) or the general salary threshold (£41,700 standard / £33,400 new entrant as of 2026). Immigration Salary List roles may have different rules.
